For the love of løcals
Our coffee shop exists to serve the local community and create a space in which everyone can meet together.
Set in the heart of Roath, we are passionate about cultivating a 'home away from home'. Whether you want to meet a friend, have space for your little one to play or catch up on some work, all are welcome to join us.
OUR STORY
Ground Up is part of the Urban Crofters community. Our beautiful historical church building was built in 1887 and continues to be a thriving Church in Wales church called Urban Crofters. With the help of many volunteers, the building has been updated to host our coffee shop, Little Notes classes and a variety of exciting creative community projects. Check out our latest events.
